TEAM BUILDERS

“We have different gifts, according to the grace given us. If a man’s gift…is leadership, let him govern diligently.”
— Romans 12:6-8

OUR VISION:

To connect people with people so they become involved in opportunities for service to others. Built on the foundation of gift-oriented ministry and ministry teams.

  • We work to support the formation of new ministries as needed
  • We match people with ministry roles
  • We help develop existing ministries by providing training for individuals and teams, as well as coaching for team leaders

OUR ROLE:

New Ministries: as the need arises for new ministry teams, we work to recruit and train people to serve

New Members: as new people join the church, we help them find where they may best serve to use the gifts and talents God has given them

Existing Ministries: we support existing ministry teams by helping them find new people when necessary, as well as providing training and team building opportunities

Existing Members: we support members in the church by helping them evaluate their place in ministry and allow them to find new opportunities as they desire

We want to see all people using their God-given potential in the best way possible!

OUR TEAM ORGANIZATION:

We use a team-based structure to accomplish our mission. A team is “a group of interdependent people committed to a common purpose who choose to cooperate in order to achieve exceptional results.”  (from Building a Powerful Ministry Team, Team Resources, Incorporated)

E Team - Coordinating involvement to reach the lost

L Team - Mutual encouragement to love God… and others as yourself

M Team - Building each other up in the faith by growing and serving
